Our products are basically divided into 4 business lines.

Transformer Bushings and Insulators

LV BUSHINGS

These bushings are used at low voltage side of a transformer for applications upto 5 MVA. Product range comprises of 1.1kV & 3.6kV in various current carrying capacities like (250A, 630A, 1100A, 1500A, 2100A, 3300A, 4000A, 5000A, 6300A, 8000A, and 10000A)

  1. Type Tested at NABL accredited laboratories
  2. Complies with IEC 60137 and IS:2099.
  3. Tested for 100% Oil Leakage under pressure.
  4. Cast under vacuum.
  5. Tin plated high conductivity copper terminals.
  6. Customized as per customer requirements. (available in various length and epoxy block sizes)
HV Bushings

These are manufactured in 6.6kV, 12kV, 33kV, and 36kV which are used in high voltage transformers, switchgears, and other equipments to provide insulation and support to high voltage conductors, ensuring safe and efficient electricity transmission.

Epoxy has a higher compressive strength & greater flexural strength than that of porcelain.

Furthermore, Epoxy is easier to manage in terms of dimension and shape than porcelain.

Plugin Bushings

Epoxy resin plug-in bushings are used in high-voltage side of indoor transformers. These bushings are designed for oil-immersed distribution transformers and comply with IEC 60137 interface A & Cup standards, supporting voltages up to 36 kV and a nominal current of 630A.

Monoblock Bushings

Single/ three phase Resin Cast Monoblocks are used for supplying
Power to the outgoing LT feeders from oil filled Distribution Transformers. It is highly used in place of separate bushings. It is generally used in 11/0.433 kV Distribution Transformers.

  1. Product range comprises of 1.1 KV and 1700 Amps to 2500
  2. Amps with multiple take-offs.
  3. Type tested at NABL accredited Laboratories.
  4. Complies with IEC 60137 and IS:2099.
  5. Tested for 100% Oil Leakage under pressure.
  6. Cast under vacuum.
  7. Tin plated high conductivity copper terminals.
Insulators

Insulators are produced using the state of the art Automatic Pressure Gelation (APG) moulding technique. These insulators are equipped with single or multi-cavity tools made from tool steel material, ensuring precise dimensions, excellent surface finish, and efficient production.

Our insulators adhere to international standards such as IS/BS/IEC and are designed to meet testing requirements across a range of system voltages, from 3.3 kV to 66 kV.

Current And Potential Transformers

Indoor CT

Current Transformers (CTs): Indoor current transformers for metering and relaying applications in AC power systems.

FEATURES

Indoor PT

Potential Transformers (PTs): Voltage transformer which is intended to have one end of its primary winding directly earthed (E-N) or Un earthed (U-N). These are suitable for the current air insulated switchgear portfolio, OEM partners, utilities and many others.

FEATURES

Outdoor CT & PT

They are designed for outdoor environments They are oil-filled bushings, which are immersed in insulating oil for additional cooling, and dry-type bushings, which use solid insulation materials.these outdoor transformers ensure safe and reliable operation in substations and other outdoor electrical installations. Their robust construction and insulation materials make them suitable for harsh environmental conditions.

CIRCUIT BREAKERS

Spout-1
Spout-2
Spout-3
Spout-4

VCB spouts are insulating components used in high-voltage switchgear and circuit breaker compartments. They provide an insulator/bushing system that allows the connections of circuit breakers to be plugged into the bus system. VCB spouts electrically connect the circuit breakers to the bus bar system in the bus bar compartment.

FEATURES

OLTC Boards, Dry Type Transformers & DMC

Off Load Tap Changers (OLTC)

OLTCs are devices used in power transformers to adjust the turns
ra􀆟o while the transformer is energized (i.e., under load).
They allow fine-tuning of the transformer’s output voltage
without interrupting the power supply.
