JAYAH EPCORE PRIVATE LIMITED (formerly known as Jaya Electricals) was established in 2005 and is operating as an acclaimed manufacturer, exporter and supplier of Epoxy Resin Cast Components used in Transformers and Control Panels like Resin Cast Bushings, Circuit Breakers, Current and Potential Transformers, OLTC Boards, Dry type Transformers, Terminal Plates, Ring Bushings, Bushing Shrouds, Wall through Bushings, and Spout Bushings.
The products we offer are extensively demanded in the Transmission and Distribution industry for their flawless performance, long service life, seamless finish, resistance towards wear & tear, precise engineering and robust design.

Established in 2005, Jayah Epcore manufactures wide range of Transformer and Control Panel ancillary components.
Epoxy Cast Transformer Bushings (MonoBlock/ Plugin) from (1.1kV to 3.6kV) are manufactured in various length, width and thickness with the wide range of current carrying capacity (250 Amperes to 10,000 Amperes) using high performance engineering polymer, Copper Bus Bars.
11kV and 33kV Instrument Transformers are designed and manufactured to transform voltage or current from a high value in the transmission and distribution system to a low voltage metering device. Typical output levels of instrument transformers are 1 or 5 Amperes and 110 Volts for CT’s and VT’s respectively. There are several classes of accuracy for instrument transformers defined by IS & IEC standards.
Outdoor Oil Immersed are manufactured for both Current and Potential Transformers.
Epoxy/ Resin Cast Medium Voltage Insulators having inserts (Brass/ Steel/ Aluminium).
We have a vast production facility, which is equipped with innovative technology based automated machines for managing bulk orders conveniently. Our quality control laboratory is well-established and has access to a wide range of instruments for checking the quality of raw materials procured from our approved vendors and the manufactured goods as well. Our warehouse is spacious and systematic. It helps us in handling bulk orders in a comfortable manner. Our transportation facility is widespread and quick. It has enabled us to make timely deliveries.
